Additionally, Madam Zhou has pursued counselling psychology at ACC Institute of Human Services in Singapore, which enhances her empathy in understanding students' emotions and experiences. This enables Madam Zhou to guide students from their perspective, encouraging them to think critically, motivating their enthusiasm, and helping them develop a love for the Chinese language, resulting in improved academic performance.
